We offer a wide variety of apartments and townhomes which can satisfy the needs of singles to small families who enjoy complex living at its finest. All apartments and townhomes are equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher and central air conditioning. Certain style units also offer built in microwaves. Most interiors are wall to wall carpeted in a neutral color to accommodate most decorating schemes. We also provide blinds for all windows or patio doors.

Rent includes water, sewer and trash removal. Also included in your rent is all maintenance, lawn care and snow plowing of the roads and parking areas. All Pastore communities have a strict no pet policy. We also offer smoke-free locations.
