I've been living in Colorado pointe for 2 months now and am really happy.  First of all I have had the best experience with Melissa at the front desk. She is the nicest person and is so very helpful and patient and I have really appreciated her professionalism.

The fire alarms have not gone off once since I've been here.  Also, granted I'm on the 4th floor I never hear anyone.  Have wondered at certain points do people actually live next to me?
