Built in a Mediterranean style, the 2 key Holiday Park Apartments are situated around 600 metres from the beach in the popular resort of Santa Ponsa on the south west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 35km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 50 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Built in 1987 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2005, the modern low rise Holiday Park complex has a total of 120 air conditioned one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a combined kitchenette/lounge area with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, all rooms are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi available in selected areas, and a poolside bar serving fast food and breakfasts.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's pool, and spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Holiday Park Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities for all ages, these include Bingo, Treasure Hunts, Water Basketball, Water Aerobics, Rifle Shooting, It's A Knock-Out and much more, along with a programme of evening entertainment featuring Bingo, Quizzes, Karaoke, Mini-Discos and a variety of games and competitions.
