We are a small company that provide neat and comfortable accommodation in great London locations at reasonable prices. Our rooms vary in price and size to accommodate our clients, so whether you are travelling alone, with friends, family or staying for business there are comfortable affordable rooms for everyone!

Here at LSA we believe that less is more. We are not competing with fancy hotels, nor are we a bed and breakfast. We have clean, modern studios and rooms (single, double, twin, triple and quadruple) and we are situated conveniently just 20 minutes journey by public transport away from the city center. You will have cooking facilities, your own private bathroom and a place you can call home for a short while.

Professional and helpful approach by the receptionist on arrival showed me to the room and checked all was in order and was clear about early check out procedure. The next day I rang as I had left my phone in the room and the receptionist asked me to ring back in 15 minutes as they had not checked/cleaned the room, so I rang back when he confirmed he had found my phone in the room after I called and agreed to me collecting from him at reception at lunchtime.

Bus stop just outside, which was very convenient opposing the distance from the central London. SM in 20 meters distance.
