Are you going to be co-signing a lease? Fill out the same rental application form as though you were a prospective tenant. Payment of administrative fee / earnest money and application fees must be made at our main office or the office of the building if applicable. Important Note: The lease application requires a signature before we can accept it. Please print out the application and sign it, then either return the paper original to us, or email a scanned copy.
