Cathy Tuggle, CAM NALP

Cathy Tuggle is the Owner and Principal Broker of Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. Cathy is a native of Central Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Cathy has over 24 years of experience in the multifamily industry through marketing, training, and property management – she really understands the market. Not only is Cathy the Principal Broker, but she also holds the Certified Apartment Manager and National Apartment Leasing Professional designations through the National Apartment Association. Cathy serves on the Wish Council for Make A Wish Mid-South and former Chair of the Council. She also served as the Chair for the Evening of Wishes Event in 2013, 2014, and 2015 through Make A Wish. Cathy also serves as the Small Business Vice-Chair for the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is also the President for Apartments Across America, an exclusive professional locator organization, which includes apartment locators throughout the US. Cathy recently was named one of the 28 Women to Watch in Little Rock in 2015!

Paul Tuggle

Paul Tuggle is the Vice President of Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. Paul is also a native of Central Arkansas and attended SAU in Camden where he studied Photography. Paul spent most of his career as the Vice President of Fleming Network Services and employed there for 18 years. He is a Residential Builder where he and Cathy have flipped homes and condos. Paul is a Master Electrician and is an accredited RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) and NTS (Network Technology Systems Designer) through BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service Industry). Paul joined the team in 2005 full time and is responsible for overseeing company accounts payable/receivables, IT for our office and corporate suites, HR, photography, and other office duties.

Michael Heard

Michael Heard is the Leasing and Relocation Specialist for Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters. Michael is from the northeast part of Arkansas and attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. His background includes management and customer service. Michael started as a Leasing and Relocation Specialist in 2009 and quickly was promoted to the Director. He is very knowledgeable about the Central Arkansas area and very detail oriented! Holds an Arkansas Real Estate License for the past 7 years. Michael is very active and on his off time, he likes to play Rugby.

Kim Kinney

Kim Kinney is the Leasing and Relocation Specialist for Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites of Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from Arkansas Tech University’s Ozark campus as a Business Tech major in 2004 and has been a part of the real estate field of property management since 2007. She is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP certified) and has an active license in real estate for the state of Arkansas specializing in relocation services.

Courtni Champion

Courtni Champion a Leasing and Relocation Specialist for Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. Courtni attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and has resided in the Central Arkansas area for most of her life. She has over 5 years in the Multi-Family industry in addition to her excellent Sales experience. Courtni is a licensed Sales Agent and goes above and beyond to help her clients find the perfect home whether it is an apartment, rental home, duplex, or condo! Her customer service is impeccable.

Kristen Burk

Kristen Burk is the Corporate Housing Director for Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. Kristen attended the University of Central Arkansas andreceived her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a Criminology Concentration in 2010 and her Master of Science degree in College Student Personnel Services and Administration in 2012. She has spent the past three years in property management starting out as a Leasing Associate and working her way up to Property Manager. She recently acquired her Arkansas Real Estate License. She brings with her a passion for helping people find the “perfect fit” and loves to affect others with her enthusiasm. In her spare time she is mildly obsessed with her Boston Terrier puppy and loves anything that involves outdoor activity.

Nicole Slatton

Nicole Slatton is our newest addition to Apartment Hunters Arkansas Suites. She is a Leasing Relocation Specialist for Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA and has over 7 years of Customer Service experience. For the past few years, Nicole has worked in Little Rock and surrounding areas which has given her a greater knowledge for the Central Arkansas area and she is able to pass this knowledge on to every potential tenant she works with. Nicole is currently working on getting her Real Estate License. She loves meeting new people and helping to find them the perfect place. Nicole also recently got married and loves to participate in pageants and spending time with her husband and 2 dogs in her free time. While doing pageants, Nicole has had the opportunity to work with Meals On Wheels and also raise awareness about melanoma and teen dating violence.

Veronica McKnight, NALP

Veronica McKnight is a Leasing and Relocation Specialist for Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. She attended The University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she majored in mathematics, and is currently studying for her Real Estate License. Veronica began her career in the apartment industry in 2013 as a leasing agent and with hard work and dedication, she quickly worked her way up to property manager. She holds a the National Apartment Leasing Professional Designation through the National Apartment Association. Veronica is committed to helping others, and making sure they have the best experience possible. She enjoys traveling, watching the Razorbacks with her husband, and volunteering for her community. Veronica currently holds the title of Mrs. Pulaski County 2017 and will compete for the title of Mrs. Arkansas America 2017; promoting her platform “ A fresh start to a healthy heart”.

Sara Rickett

Sara Rickett is a Leasing and Relocation Specialist for Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. Sara attended the University of Central Arkansas, and proudly served 6 years in the Arkansas Army National Guard before obtaining her Arkansas Real Estate License. Sara has 10 years of customer service experience, and a passion for helping others. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and practicing photography.
