Magnificent luxury 5 bedroom/ 5 en-suite bathrooms, "Finca" style villa, within walking distance of Santa Ponsa Golf Club. Large gardens with private pool which is approximately 5 x12 mtrs, there is a shallow end with depths of around 1mtr, and a separate heated Jacuzzi. Top quality furnishings throughout, fully air conditioned and heated. The villa can sleep up to 10 people.

The villa is set in secure grounds with an electronic entry system and monitored alarm system. Santa Ponsa Golf Club and hotel is just 10 minutes walk away. The town and main beach are a couple of minutes drive away, but are also within walking distance if you are feeling energetic!

The indoor living space comprises a lounge with luxuriously large sofas, a separate TV lounge with Sky including Sports, huge open plan kitchen/dining room with seating for 10 people and a games room with pool table.

Outside there are several terraces and secluded courtyard areas with comfortable seating. The main terrace overlooks the gardens and private pool and has a large dining table for al-fresco meals.

There is wireless internet access throughout the villa.

The 5 large bedrooms (4 Double rooms and 1 Twin room) all have en-suite bathrooms, plenty of storage space and flat screen TVs, with SKY. The master bedroom, upstairs, also has a private sun terrace.

Off the kitchen there is a large utility room with laundry and ironing facilities.

In the entrance hall there is a guest WC.

Outside there is undercover parking for 3 cars.

Went with all members of family 10 in total, for my wife's birthday. Villa was perfect with enough bedrooms and bathrooms, to keep us all satisfied with our stay. The fixtures and fittings were excellent and the welcome and changeover was easy and well presented. There was enough food and drink to welcome us and enable us to shop the following day. We also made use of the Rent A Chef in Santa Ponsa, which was recommended by the staff when we arrived, good value and great food. You could not hope for a better property to rent for a large family in the area. 313

We all loved our stay at Calma. The house more than met our high expectations - we do have a golden rule of not living less comfortable than in our houses here in Denmark - and we could tick that box.
We would love to come back in the summer. 298

Stunning Villa with all the comforts of a luxury home.
A very professional agency right from the start, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was in place for our arrival and they were on hand for anything we needed for the duration of our stay. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. 228
