Great Location, very friendly staff, clean for the most part.  Valet Dry cleaning, small gym and sun deck also nice little perks.

I agree with all the other reviews here. For 2BR/2BA apartment our rent went from $3000 in 2012 to $3250 in 2013 and then for 2014 the "market" rate they have it at now is over $3700.  Needless to stay we're moving out.  The price raises are more than excessive.

In essence all you're paying for is location and the front desk staff.  Apartments are very pedestrian.  No SS appliances, neutral carpet floors, basic countertops (no granite).  So if you really want a better than normal Hoboken apartment in downtown then give a look.  Just be prepared to pay a lot more when renewal time comes up.

I won't penalize for the garage as it is owned by a different company but I will say they are very conservative with the size of their parking spots.  SUV's beware.
