Rent per unit for 2015-16

One bedroom units = maximum of two people

Two bedroom units = maximum of four people

A non-refundable cleaning fee of $180 is due upon lease signing.

Elmwood, Goldsworth Valley and Stadium Drive complexes are leased by semester. Please review your contract for information.

Rent per bedroom for 2015-16

Gas, electric and phone are paid directly to the utility companies.

Western View is a yearlong contract. Please review your contract for information.

Paying your rent

Rent is billed to WMU student accounts, and residents can choose either a monthly or semester billing option. If applicable, financial aid may be applied to WMU student accounts toward housing charges. Consult with Financial Aid  if you have questions.

Direct payment methods

Important!  If rent is billed by the month, financial aid only pays the first month of the semester. You are responsible for paying the remaining months of the semester. If billed by the semester, financial aid will pay entire semester.
