At any given time there are thousands of Apartments on the market in New York City, so how do we narrow down the options?   You will not be surprised to know that Price, Location, and the Number of Bedrooms/size all take an integral role in this guide.  However, for many buyers there are advantages to carefully considering between a Co-Op vs. Condo and buying an apartment in a new construction.  In this multi-part series, we explore how to decide on the key five with additional articles.

Price: Price is always integral; let me share some tips I use to determine if a home is worth its asking price.

Location: If a picture is worth a thousand words, how much is walking around a neighborhood?

Number of Bedrooms: We all want a ten bedroom and ten bathroom apartment in prime Manhattan, but of course our needs have to bet met with price.  How many bedrooms do you really need?  This portion of the Key Five is the only section where we do not have an additional article, if you have any questions about deciding on the number of bedrooms you’ll need, please do not hesitate to contact our team.
