$100 one time cleaning for monthly, $75 for weekly.

Small Studio: $1900/month, $750/week

1-bedrooms: $2700/month.

2-bedroom small front: $3000/month.

2-bedroom larger back:

$3100/month.

3-bedroom / 2 bath: $4800/month.

Rates are prorated if two different rate periods

Parking: $10/night, $60/week, $160/month.

Pets: One time non- refundable pet fee is $75 for weekly and $100 for monthly (no extra fee for more than 1 pet).
