Dynasty 8 is the go to real-estate company for Grand Theft Auto 5. Unfortunately, even if you go to their official site they don t share enough information on the different apartments you can get as safehouses. In particular, there s not much you can find out there about interiors, which are vital in picking out apartment units, real and virtual alike.

In general, there are three types of apartments available, based on cost, high-end, middle-end and low-end. Contrary to what some claim, the type does not determine what kind you are going to get. You can find out more in the videos below.

In general, high-end apartments have better views, which is more than just eye candy. You can easily eyeball when the fuzz are hot and bothered on the lookout for you and your buddies.

The variety each apartment provides is of interest as well. Some are more suited for planning out heists, while others are better as posh hideaways you can stick around in for hours, say, while waiting out the cops.

You can only buy one apartment at a time. Thankfully, since you only deal with one developer, when you move you only have to pay the difference between the two units. Your cars will automatically be moved over to the new garages as well. While we can t recommend the actual best lots to get through the game yet, you can definitely narrow down your best choices with this guide.
