The kitchen is American style equipped for 4 people and the apartment also has a complete bathroom and spacious terrace. Included in the price is a television and washing machine. If you wish you can also hire WIFI or a safety deposit box for your personal use. There is also a community swimming pool or use of its residents. Prices include change of linen weekly (sheets and towels) plus electricity and maintenance. There is a refundable breakage deposit of 100 euros.
