Look for lots of Little Rock apartments in the Midtown area near Select Specialty Hospital, St. Vincent's Infirmary and the Park Plaza Mall. On the other side of I-430, you will find apartments near the Market Street Plaza Shopping Center and the Rock Creek Square Plaza.

Public bus service is available throughout the city by the Central Arkansas Transit Authority (CATA). Downtown areas also have access to the River Rail Electric Streetcar system.
