My time at the Huntington is finally coming to an end. What better time to write a review? Basically, it s a great deal. and let me stress that. What you may lack in square footage is more than made up for by all the local amenities and entertainment. I moved down here from a suburban wasteland in 2012 and was able to ditch my truck since public transpo s so easy.

Nothing major is ever wrong. If you re the whiny/assholie type then you will more than likely never be happy with ANY place. I have friends who live in some of the pricier buildings down here and shit doesn t run like a Swiss clock in those places either. Water s always hot, they have a full custodial team to keep things clean, and the super always unplugged my sink the minute I asked him to.

I ve appreciated my time here and I m glad the Huntington is offering affordable housing for young folks like me. There s also a great pizza shop, a tailor, and a beauty spa on the bottom floor with a healthy grocery/deli type shop coming soon.

Don t look a gift horse in the mouth people, especially when it s this good. Also, Breanne, the Huntington s manager, and the rest of her crew are wonderful people.
