If you want excellent customer service in the DFW area, request Mary D'azzo. I don't know if the other agents are as good as her, but I must say that I was completely satisfied with the service. I have been using her services for years and I appreciate the way that she strives for customer satisfaction. Ya don't encounter that very often these days. I would recommend this company to any family member or friend. I was simply browsing one evening because didn't really know what I wanted and I submitted a vague request; my agent, Becky, called me the next morning and had a list of questions that really helped me narrow down where I wanted to live and what type of apartment I wanted. As I only had 2 weeks to move, she helped me expedite the process by doing all the leg work for me. She even met me when I came to Dallas to find a place!
