We have a lovely spacious single room for rent in a new apartment located in a quiet residential area of Clontarf D3. We are looking for a friendly new housemate to add to our home. The room costs 500 per month + bills(every 2 months), The apartment itself consists of all the important facilities needed. washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, shower / bath, home phone, internet, central heating, it is part of a secure complex with car park which is included. The room is a quite large and cosy single room with built in wardrobe space with enough room for a larger bed if wished.

Clontarf is a beautiful residential area of Dublin with the coast only a short walk from the apartment and city centre a quick bus journey.
