I agree with lots of what I m reading in other reviews here.  Beacon Hill, overall, is not a great place to live.  Yes, cheaper than some other places in the area but LOTS of problems with heat, AC, and water.  Our pipes clog regularly, and with only one bathroom, it s a real problem.  For a period of time we had a pretty serious roach problem too.  Management does not communicate well--or, at all--about these problems either.  More than once they ve turned off water without any notice, which is extremely frustrating--esp for people home with kids!

Absolutely terrible place to live! Bed bugs and so many other problems!

1) Bed bugs. Even though management told us there were no bugs, we were covered in bites within days of moving in.  Spent 4 weeks washing and rewashing everything, freaking out about every spot thinking its another bug, and mainly living out of trashbags because everything had to be packed away for the exterminator to come.

2) Management is a nightmare! The main manager is very rude, especially when asked to deal with a problem. The rest of the staff is very unhelpful.

3) Lots of problems with things breaking or not working and having to call management many times. The residents were also responsible for calling the company when there were problems with the small laundry facilities, which was often

Though the apartment is in a decent area and decently priced, the problems greatly outweigh the benefits and the cost is not worth the issues you ll have.  Go with one of the many other apartments in the area and save yourself the stress.
