Hi! My name is Maile and I will be one of the tenants in this house as well as a first year Cuesta student. The two girls who were supposed to share the master bedroom (big enough for two or maybe three people) with walk in closet, private entrance, and bathroom dropped out last minute and I am looking for someone to replace them. Rent would be $1200/ month and be split evenly among the people in the room. A Poly student with a medium sized dog is in the other bedroom. We are both super friendly and we love going on adventures and spending time outside, but we would like someone who is neat in public areas and can be quiet after 10 when we ask :)

Additional Information: Available to rent is a huge master bedroom to be shared with myself. Above the master bedroom, are three other peers of mine, each having there own smaller bedroom. The house is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath. The downstairs unit has its own entrance and own bathroom and half kitchen. I am looking for someone who is active and can get there school work done, but likes to go out and party a decent amount.

I have a private room for rent in a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, triple level condo available for one person. I am a mature, young adult looking for a new roomie!:) I'm responsible, fully employed. I do not smoke cigarettes or do drugs, and are not 420 friendly. So I'm looking for someone who also does not do those things. I can't have any pets so sorry no animals:( I'm very friendly and super easy to get along with. I am very clean, so I am looking for a roommate who is also very clean!:)

It is a HUGE 3 story condo. You will have your own private bathroom as well. There is a balcony with ocean views,and large living quarters! Its located about 15 minutes from SLO and about 15 minutes from Santa Maria. It's a quiet area super close to shopping,bus stops, everything! The room is pretty good size, with a large window, you can fit a KING size bed, two night stands and even a dresser in it. The room comes unfurnished so you can put all your own stuff in it.

I take pride in my home and am looking for someone to respect that. This isn't by any means a party house, but I am very friendly and outgoing. I also love having roommate nights, but that being said I love my privacy.

Rent is $850 month with first and last months due upon move in, with a $100 one time carpet cleaning fee for once you move out. ALL will be utilities will be included as well as charter high speed internet, a Gardner, and of course full house privileges are included as well as access to all of the house necessities.

You must be able to pass a background check, and be full time employed, or a full time student! I am also looking for someone with good credit.

Overall, I am a young adult just looking for a fun, responsible, easy going, friendly person to share my home with!:)
