My husband and I moved to 1801 Skyline at the beginning of December 2014. We moved here from India and found this place online about a week before we moved and we were not disappointed. Moving to a new country that you ve never lived in can be stressful. We chose to look in this area because it had a great walk score and was walkable to our jobs. Out of the other high end apartments in the area it was similarly priced but  Skyline seems better built, better amenities and just two block from 16Th Street Mall.

Best place to live you can asked for in Denver Downtown. Great management   Jill. Amanda. Andrea. Eddy and Eric are always on their toes to help. I was new to the country when I moved here  and got help even with the issues not related like where to shop, Neighborhood Banks ,good places to dine and visit etc. highly recommended. I can honestly say that the apartment, the neighborhood, the amenities,  the management team. everything about Skyline  exceeded my expectations, and I was very happy to have lived there for the time that I did.

Whenever I had an issue, it was resolved quickly .Maintenance issue (which was always minor, like a bulb change required. the quality here is really high) - Done within a few hours.

If you want an apartment in this area and your pocket allows. this is the one you want.  Everyone is friendly, your neighbors are nearly all adults who respect privacy and are quiet.
