The Duplexes of Auburn Williams Properties were built with Auburn University students in mind! The same basic floor plan is used for all units. Whether you choose a right-hand or left-hand unit, you will enjoy the same spacious living arrangement. With units built as recently as 2006, you will enjoy the convenience of the modern appliances.

All units include two (2) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living area, and laundry area. Nine-foot ceilings give the impression of a much larger, roomier living area than the actual 1200 square foot plan. Don t worry about refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, or dishwasher it is all included! You will enjoy wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedroom and living area and ceramic tile in the kitchen, hall, and bathrooms.
