We moved to New Mexico in 2010, and have lived at the Enclave since relocating. The management/maintenance experience has been exceptional. We have a wonderful view of the Sandia Mts. and thoroughly enjoy the amenities, complex, and northeast heights location. The pool and exercise room are very well maintained. The community center and events which are offered are well organized and enjoyed by those who attend. Work orders are turned around quickly and efficiently.

We are in our 80's and have lived here for almost three years. We are extremely pleased with how our maintenance needs are met. The grounds are immaculately kept. All personnel are very efficient, and best of all, seem to care about us. We feel safe and enjoy living here.

Our experience at The Enclave has been very positive. We moved from another state, and prior to arrival in ABQ, were wait listed for a specific apartment size/floorplan and building offering mountain view. We were kept informed of availability, and the move in experience was excellent. Small list of items needing attention were promptly addressed. The Enclave is more than an apartment complex - it's a community. It is in a great location and has lots of open space where kids can play and pet owners can safely walk their dogs.
