The housing application can be filled out electronically or by hand. To complete the application electronically, please click “electronic application” and to complete the application by hand, please click “print application” to download a blank version. After completing the application (either electronically or by hand), you may mail, fax  or email the application.  If you email the application, please attach the completed document and e-mail it to housing@accessiblespace
