Our Sydney visit

Our Sydney picture is taken across the bay looking at the Opera House, we went in July, their winter. Sydney is Australia's oldest city and the capital of New South Wales. Built around one of the most beautiful harbours in the world, along golden beaches stretching north and south of the city on the shores of the Pacific Ocean.

It's a friendly multi-cultural city offering a variety of attractions and activities including a wide range of self-catering apartments for short lets. You will also find plenty of apartment hotels. The beaches and harbour play a major role in the lives of Sydney siders with yachting, surfing, and sail boarding.

The Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge are the most famous landmarks and you can enjoy magnificent views across the harbour. The Rocks is one of the more walk-able friendly areas, which has lots of historical significance and old-world charm. The Rocks is where Sydney began.

If your feeling adventurous, you can visit one of the many restaurants serving kangaroo and crocodile A must-do dining experience before leaving Sydney, char-grilled or even in a pizza with ice cold beer.
