Remarks:

1. This interest rate is calculated based on a loan amount of HK$500,000, a repayment tenor of 12 months and a monthly flat rate of 0.0639%. The annualised percentage rate (“APR”) is 2.85%. (The APR is calculated according to the guidelines laid down in the Code of Banking Practice, including an annual handling fee of 0.75%). An APR is a reference rate which includes the basic interest rate and other fees and charges of a product expressed as an annualised rate. The above example is based on a number of assumptions and for reference only.

2. The maximum loan amount for the BOC Express Cash Instalment Loan is up to HK$2,000,000 or 12 times the monthly salary (whichever is lower). The maximum loan amount for the BOC Express Cash Instalment Loan Balance Transfer is up to HK$2,000,000 or 21 times of the monthly salary (whichever is lower). BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (“Card Company”) will determine the final approved loan amount based on the credit rating of the individual customer and other relevant factors.

3. Same day funds disbursement is applicable to working days from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays), customers are required to hold the Bank of China (Hong Kong) (“BOCHK”) saving account, and apply BOC Express Cash Instalment Loan on or before 11am and submit all the required document at the same time, to be eligible for this service. Fund availability will depend on when the receiving bank disburses the loan amount into customers' accounts. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Card Company shall be final. 4. Instant approval result and loan amount are for reference only, and are applicable to BOC Express Cash Instalment Loan applications via BOCHK Website on Monday to Friday 9am – 9pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm and 2pm – 10pm, Sunday noon – 9pm (except Public Holidays). Customers apply in timeslot that is not mentioned above, the Card Company’s staff will contact customer to follow up application in next working day.

5. The calculation result is for indication only and is not meant to be final or binding on BOCHK.

6. The Card Company reserves the right to amend all the contents of the calculator at any time. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Card Company shall be final.

7. BOC Express Cash Property Owner Loan is the product of the Card Company. The Card Company is a member of BOCHK.

8. The above products are subject to the relevant terms of the BOC Express Cash Instalment Loan and BOC Express Cash Instalment Loan Balance Transfer.

9. The credit rating of each customer must fulfill the requirements of the Card Company. The approved APR may vary on a case-by-case basis, subject to the credit rating of each individual customer, loan amount and repayment tenor. Approval of the loan amount, repayment tenor and interest rate are all subject to the final decision of the Card Company without providing any reason.

10. The Card Company reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the above products and offers and to amend the relevant terms at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.

11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Card Company shall be final.

12. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the relevant terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
