About Yelahanka

This sprawling 41 acre project is located in the north of Bangalore, in close proximity to the Bangalore international airport, on the Yelahanka-Doddaballapur Main Road. This fast-growing region of Bangalore has seen tremendous infrastructural development over the last few years.
Besides an influx of residential projects, educational institutes like BMS Institute of Technology and RT Nagar Public School have sprouted in the area. Commercial and recreational facilities like the Angsana Spa, Sai Leela Hotel and a Café Coffee Day outlet are also just minutes away. The region is situated at the Nandi foothills between Chikballapur and Doddaballapur in the Muddenahalli/ Kanivenarayanapura area. An Aerospace SEZ is set to come up on IVC Road near Bangalore International Airport and it will cover a sprawling area of 900 acres.
