Rae-Matt Properties is a small, privately owned property management company located in Iowa City. We pride ourselves on professional management, personalized service, clean, comfortable living and same day maintenance.

We offer one and four bedroom apartments located downtown, near campus and one, two and three bedroom condos on the west side of Iowa City, close to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Kinnick Stadium, medical, dental and law buildings.

Rae-Matt Properties would like to have the opportunity to schedule an appointment with you for a viewing of our apartments and condos for Fall 2015. Availability is limited and we have started signing leases for the available apartments and condos. All leases are 12 month leases beginning in August.
