Ben Richie is a reliable and personable licensed community association manager and real estate agent. He has years of experience in handling a wide range of property management issues. Knowledgeable, easy to speak with, and happy to help, Ben is originally from the eastern shore of Maryland and moved to Florida in 2005. He is highly organized with strong communication skills that allow him to efficiently resolve issues. Ben's goal as property manager is to promptly and professionally satisfy any requests and to keep tenants happy and stress-free while maintaining and building the current portfolio.
