Welcome to Knightsbridge Apartments in Spokane! We have open floor plans with many embellishments to help make your apartment a comfortable home. We have spacious one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments. One bedroom apartments are 711 square feet and two bedroom apartments offer 963 square feet of living space.

Apartments come complete with a self-cleaning oven, a two door frost-free refrigerator, trash compactor, garbage disposal, dishwasher, contemporary cabinetry with pantry to store all of your canned goods. To save on counter space we provide built-in microwaves. Kitchens are equipped with all the necessary appliances for comfortable cooking, eating and entertaining.

A multi-speed air conditioner is as well as a full-size stackable washer and dryer are located in all apartments for your convenience. Imagine doing all of the laundry from the cooled comfort of your apartment! Choose from available 3 rd floor apartments and you will enjoy the vaulted ceilings making your home feel even larger. The ceiling fans in these apartments will help to move the cool air provided by your air conditioning throughout your living space. Bathrooms have a full size tub & shower and a sizeable linen closet that will hold all of your bathroom necessities.

Bedrooms provide plenty of natural light due to the large windows and in the summer months the window can be open to provide plenty of fresh air and views of the wonderful landscaping! Each apartment includes a large balcony or patio with locked storage. The storage closet is big enough to store Holiday decorations, personal files, outdoor items, etc. Feel free to entertain your guests with your great barbeque skills and impress them with our professionally landscaped courtyard and grounds. Apartments come with an assigned garage and personal garage opener. Garages are large enough to fit most cars and trucks. Additional parking is available on-site and on side streets for resident’s guests.

Knightsbridge Apartments in Spokane employ a professional on-Site Management, Maintenance Personnel and a full-time groundskeeper. Our office is open 6 days a week Monday through Saturday for the convenience of our residents. If you have a maintenance emergency at any hour of any day throughout the year, we have an after-hours phone number so that we can respond in a timely manner. Our courtesy patrol visits our communities at night in an effort to deter crimes ranging from theft to vandalism. During the winter months we handle all snow removal so that you can get in and out of our community and off to work. Our grounds person works full time to make sure our community looks nice year round.

The Knightsbridge Apartments in Spokane are located just north of Francis off of Nevada. We can be found directly across from the Albertsons Shopping Center on North Nevada Street, which includes the Albertsons gas station, Car Wash Plaza, and Hallett’s Chocolates. We are a coffee lover’s dream with Deb’s Espresso and Dutch Bros a short walk away and Bean Me Up Espresso a short drive North. Roger’s High School is a brand new state of the art building. The school provides athletic programs and extracurricular activities. They offer baseball, basketball, soccer, football and volleyball programs for their students as well as a training center to lift weights and practice. Holy Family Hospital can be found at 5633 N Lidgerwood St, Spokane, WA 99208, just a three minute drive in case of an emergency. Holy Family recently updated their Maternity Ward making it larger and more comfortable for expecting families. The rooms are much larger and allow you to stay in the same room for the entire process. Completed with 16 larger LDRP rooms and a new nursery with five specialty care bassinets. Other wards available for care and treatment include their Cancer Treatment Center, Cardio Vascular Services, Nutrition Consultation, Pain Management and Rehabilitation Services.
