We are North London s largest artist led art studio and workspace complex providing affordable studios and workspaces for rent by artists, makers and creative practitioners.

Only 5 minutes walk from either Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale tube stations, our complex of 70 studios boasts an eclectic mix of talented creative practitioners: painters, sculptors including SFX, mixed-media installation artists, ceramicists, jeweller, filmmakers, photographers, graphic artists, architect, composer and more.

This cluster of creative practitioners fosters networking and internal collaboration. It also provides an invaluable resource for information and advice.

Our location is close to many transport links. Tottenham Hale Retail Centre, Bernie Grants Arts Centre, Hale Village, shops, bank, post office, restaurants, supermarkets, hardware store, timber yard and other many other amenities.

We are also only 2 minutes walk from the regenerated Markfield Park, a beautiful green space situated by the River Lee with its houseboats and wildlife. The park hosts the historic Victorian Beam Engine as well as the delightful Cafe Pistachios.
