Prices are for 1-2 guests. Nightly rate increases by $25 dollars per night for each additional guest, up to 4 guests.

In addition to the regular cleaning fee, a mid stay cleaning fee of $200 applies to all stays over 7 days and for every 5 days thereafter.

We will issue a credit valid for 6 months from the original arrival date, equal to the deposit amount minus the cancellation fees.

If the apartment is re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be credited to the card used for the payment, a week before the original arrival date. Any remaining credit will be voided.

- Cancellations less than 90 days of the arrival date:

No refunds. Your credit card on file will be charged for the balance payment, because you are liable for 100% of the reservation cost.

- Date changes over 90 days of your arrival dates are possible. A flat change fee of $200 will be applied if the cost of the new dates is the same. If there is a price difference, the reservation will be treated as a cancellation and a rebooking.
