Our chic city centre apartments are beautifully restored and renovated self-catering homes away from home, right in the heart of the city.

We currently have one rental available and this is located on Gayfield Square however we occasionally have more offerings, especially during busier months. The Gayfield Square house is infact the whole ground floor of a traditional Georgian house with private garden set back from a leafy square at the east end of the Georgian New Town and a stones throw from Princes Street. We’ve designed the accommodation with stylish luxury in mind for those who want their independence whilst visiting the city and are looking for the same high standard and ambience that we offer at Ardmor House.

The apartments are rented on a minimum three nights basis and rates vary depending on time of year (fesitval time in August is the busiest!), length of stay and number in party. To give a guide, Gayfield Square currently rents from £145-£275 per night.
