Hello, This is Deborah.And I am working in Korea.

I am sending this email to book 16 rooms(roughly) during 2015 Expo period. ( From Early April to November)

1. Availability of 30 people to stay

- There will be 30 staffs to stay for working. We do not consider about exact number of rooms. What I mean is that we do not care about rooms whether it is two bed rooms or three bed rooms. We just want to know about available vacancy to stay 30 staffs.

2. Availability of 4 Rooms to stay 6 or 8 people to stay.

- There will be 6 or 8 MAIN staff to stay for Expo. We do not consider if it is two bed rooms or not, but we prefer two bedrooms. (occupancy 2 people). So we want to know about availability to book 4 rooms during Expo period.

3. Availability of 2 or 3 rooms.

- For now, it is a little bit difficult to be sure the number of staffs. So we want to know if there are several rooms to stay.

4. Adjustable Lodging Charge for six months

- We are going to stay for 6 months, so I inquire if total room charge(for six months) is adjustable. We counted lodging budget roughly but now we need to clarify this. Therefore I inquire you to send me total lodging charge to stay for six months.

5. Extra Service and Charge

- Do you have a washing machine in your room? If not, how much is to use laundry servie?

- Do you offer clean service? If there is, how much is to use clean service?

- Occasionally, we should go Expo site by transportation so I want to know how to get to Expo site(near Fiera Milano) by transportation.
