My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this place. Last November we were looking for an apartment while waiting to move into our new house. Our previous home sold too quickly and we were desperate to find a place fast! We decided to stay in the city since we missed that lifestyle we had in Portland, OR.

First of all, the place is brand new so I loved that! Underground parking which helps with the AZ heat! Facilities are very modern. I actually worked out more often while living there because the fitness area was nice with modern tech equipment and right there. No excuses not to go. I didn t have the opportunity to go swimming, but it looked really inviting.They offer a wine cellar in the clubhouse! Not sure how it all worked, but it was cool! I ve never seen anything like that before. Our apartment came with all the bells and whistles such as granite and stainless steel appliances. That was important to me even if we were only there for three months. You are in the city, so there is nothing suburban about that place. We walked or biked all over the area. Made us miss living in the heart of it all.

We had no issues to speak of. It was more expensive for us because we wouldn t commit to a longer lease, but that is understandable I guess. Oversized furniture was a challenge to move in and out. Other than that, we loved the place!
