Easy Process for Renting Our Student Accommodation in Melbourne

It's quick and easy to book your place at Le Student 8 or Le Student 8 The Lodge.

For stays between 28 and 59 nights simply we require a minimum deposit payment of $200.00(AUD) to secure the reservation. Full accommodation payment is required in advance or upon arrival.

You can complete your booking for 28-59 nights by completing this application form and emailing to info@lestudent8.com

For stays 2 months or longer:

• Contact us to make an enquiry
• Fill out the application form
• Pay a deposit of $550 to secure the room
• You will receive a confirmation letter by email
• Pay 4 weeks rent when you arrive

Le Student 8 Studio Rooms

Le Student 8 studio rooms are located within the Bell City complex and all have their own television, private ensuite bathrooms, flat screen television, working desk, bar fridge, microwave and air conditioning.

Le Student 8 The Lodge Rooms

The Lodge offers unique and affordable shared student accommodation comprising both Lodge Twin and Lodge Single rooms in Melbourne's vibrant inner north. This custom built facility includes only 16 rooms with shared kitchen, lounge, courtyard and bathroom facilities.

The Lodge rooms are available with either one or two single beds and enjoy access to The Lodge's own private outdoor courtyard, shared The Lodge bathrooms.
