We want to make sure your moving experience is as simple and stress-free as possible. So we have created a six-step rental process to help you with your move.

THE RENTAL PROCESS

• BOOK A VIEWING

Interested in one of our buildings? Our Resident Manager will show you around and answer any questions.

• APPLY ONLINE

  Once you’ve found your apartment, either download or fill in the application form online with your details.

• REFERENCE CHECK

  Upon the completion of your application we will double check your references.

• TENANT APPROVAL

  Once we’ve seen your application and checked your references,  we’ll be able to approve your tenancy.

• SIGN CONTRACT

  Our contract will outline the terms of your renting so just review and sign, then the place is yours.

• MOVE IN
