Unlike the other reviews, I like living here. I moved to Santa Monica from Manhattan in Feb. The staff has been very helpful and really nice especially since I was moving across the country!

I spend most weekends at the pool relaxing. The smaller pool is very quiet. The larger pool can be noisy and busy so it is great to have the choice: People watching? Or napping?

The residents are diverse. Coming from NY, I m used to this and actually prefer it. I ve never felt unsafe. It seems really secure!

My apartment unit is my favorite part. I have a one bedroom and it is spacious, laid out well and seems brand new. There is plenty of light. I do believe they replace the floor and carpet before a new tenet moves in.

the bathtub is large, lots of cabinets and storage throughout.

My balcony is big. It is lovely to sit out and have breakfast and dinner. Mine is private on the 6th floor so that s an added bonus!

The only downsides are:

the garbage piles up but that s not uncommon. It s a large building with lots of people and could be more respectful of their living quarters.

The parking garage, people need to drive slower. I ve been in near collisions often.

I like it here and I do think the management tries hard to make it luxury.
