To relax after sportive activities you can enjoy the Sauna, Jacuzzi and Turkish bath and sport massage. (Charge) The Sports Center can be used for a small fee for Clients of the Hotel. Accommodation-Apartments 1 bedroom apartments are distributed in a separate bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe with safe (for rent), bathroom with tub / shower, living room with sofa-bed of an individual place, telephone and satellite TV. A fully equipped kitchen with 2 cooking hobs, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The balcony or terrace has furniture. The family apartments offer the same facilities but with 2-bedrooms and 4 single beds, 2 per room. Santa Rosa has rooms and facilities for disabled guests. During the stay the cleaning of the apartments is done 5 times per week, with 3 changes of towels per week and 1 change of linen every 5 days. Surrounded by a large garden area and a solarium you find the outdoor saltwater pool (heated in winter by solar panels) with separate children's pool and outdoor playground, sun loungers and parasols. The bungalows were perfect location at the back of the complex. We wont go on about salt water pool etc everyone moans about..but we have a few niggles. One was the evening meal. Nothing for children, you would not starve but needs to be improved, even if the temperature was hot it would be an improvement. The bungalow was booked for 3 but the 3rd bed is a settee which i think is wrong when you have paid for a bed. the outside areas were not very clean especially outside the dining room. looked liked it had not been cleaned for months. We ate outside as was to noisy for our son inside. the restaurant does not have a cutlery tray or spare napkins on show, if you wanted a clean knife and fork you had to take it off a table. the only other nit pick is the entertainment or the venue. surely there were better areas to hold it. next to a noisy bowling alley were the acts are getting ready in the loos are not ideal. as for the compare. he does not introduce the acts, say thanks or give him a round of applause. they just come and go!!and the last act we saw was the acrobat who was brilliant as the music conked out. he just did his act and left. the venue is just a sports hall. maybe have a proper bar? have the entertainment outside. why does the bar on the pool serve different drinks? we could get guinness at the pool bar but not the sports bar. the sports bar ran out of bacardi every other night, is it so you order something else on 2 for 1 happy hour. thats my moans. i know its personal choice. we could not fault any staff and when we had problems with the bath. the maintenance man was there in a few mins. happy, friendly place to be, the weather was great, the pool empty, plenty of sunbeds, near bars and shops. trip to centre £3 euros even though we had to have a mini bus. just dont expect a happy taxi driver. they did not exist. we would stay again but we would go bed and breakfast.
