Kenmore Village Apartments Kenmore Village Apartments consists of 36 apartment units in three buildings located in the Hough neighborhood of Cleveland, at the intersection of East 93rd and Crawford. There are 3 two-bedroom units, each consisting of 750 square feet, twenty-eight 3-bedroom units, each consisting of 860 square feet, and five 4-bedroom units, each consisting of 960 square feet. All of the units are “townhouse” style apartments and all units are consistent in configuration and size and spacious for this type of housing. In 1995, HVAC units were replaced, a new roof and double hung replacement windows were installed, and new kitchen and bath cabinets were replaced. Ranges, range hoods and refrigerators are included in the kitchen. The ranges are typically 4-burner, 30” electric freestanding stoves and the frost-free refrigerators are typically 14-16 cubic foot. The units have a combination of carpet and vinyl composite tile. The buildings are constructed of wood frame, brick veneer and vinyl siding and the foundations are concrete with a concrete reinforced slab. A basement is located under the center building of each cluster and a steel frame and door are at each basement entrance. The heating and cooling for the apartments is provided by individual standard efficiency, gas-fired, forced air units with air conditioning.
