Our serviced apartments are in residential developments designed to cater to your extended stay in Singapore. They are located in condominiums offering a wide range of facilities for families and working professionals, such as pools, gym, parking, BBQ pits, jacuzzi.

Established in 2006, LMB Housing Services now operates in seven condominiums situated in the south-west of Singapore. We offer a wide range of fully furnished and serviced apartments all located less than 10' walk to the nearest MRT station.

We offer shorter term leases than the traditional 2 years contracts that are standard in Singapore. Our serviced apartments are available for short or medium term rent (a few months) and you will have the flexibility of extending or shortening your stay should you need to. We are here to accommodate your professional or personal needs.

Our monthly rental rates include the following set of standard services at no extra cost: WIFI internet, cable TV, once/twice a week housekeeping, all maintenance, a customer service hotline, 24hrs security, all taxes. You can also subscribe to additional TV channels or ask for optional services such as more cleaning sessions or personal ironing service.
