The Cosmopolitan Overview

This Cosmopolitan at 145 East 48 th Street is a chic tower in the heart of Midtown East.

Designed in 1986 by award-winning architects Gruzen Sampton Steinglass, this 34-story, rose-colored Cosmopolitan has two distinctive rounded piers of bay windows that fill apartments with light and afford expansive city and river views.
