Awesome complex. I've been here for over two years now and can safely say it's one of the best places to live in Orlando. Incredibly convenient to all the downtown locations (check out their Walkability Score - it's crazy-great) and staffed by some really friendly and professional people, the Grande is about as good as it gets.

Grounds are well-kept, problems get fixed immediately, and the units are big and comfortable. The office staff really know what they're doing and they have 24-hour security and a full maintenance team. The people who live here are young, lively, and fun. The only knock against it is that guest parking fills up fast - especially on the weekends - so it can get hard to throw a party or invite a lot of people over if you don't plan it right. You'll also sometimes get loud folks passing by your unit, but honestly, you're in a condominium with hundreds of other people - that sort of thing just happens in these places.
