We do custom designs with the options you want in your new home as well as basement ready plans. We have financing available including land/home packages. Also we have many reconditioned single and multi-sectional homes to choose from. You pick the site. we'll do the rest.

All of our new homes at Victory have the maximum R50 roof insulation. Why? Because our homes are all built in Minnesota for Minnesota winters. We don't consider insulation an option. It's a necessity.
