A very quiet place to live. Since this is our first experience at apartment living we have found it a great place to live. The staff has been very attentive to any needs we have presented them. We have never lived in a large city, but love the convenience of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We also feel safe in the apartment complex and the area surrounding it.

I am impressed how well the building is maintained and how well it is built -- I cannot hear my neighbors at all! The staff is very friendly and that sets the tone for the whole community. People say "hello" to each other in the elevator and through the common areas, stop and talk, and socialize. I've never lived in a place with all this.

I love coming home to Wentworth House. The common areas are immaculate and the concierges are extremely friendly and know me by name. On the few occasions when I've had (minor) issues with my apartment, the leasing office and the engineers have resolved them quickly. My apartment is conveniently laid-out and very quiet. I've really enjoyed living here thus far, and I'd highly recommend the building and the management company.

It's a wonderful community with a management staff that, somehow or another, actually knows the names of each resident, and will always say hello. I feel very safe and comfortable at wentworth house and appreciate all of its amenities. You definitely get your money's worth and more.

I've been extremely satisfied with living here. The rent has tended to go up quite dramatically over the almost 4 years I've been here, but you get what you pay for. The building is nice, and well maintained, and the convenience is really key. My fiancé and I have been really happy here.

Living at Wentworth house has been wonderful. Whenever I have placed a maintenance request the staff is there to troubleshoot in a timely manner (if not immediately). The staff at the front desk is always friendly and managment is always good about communicating what's going on in the building whether they are cleaning, making improvements, or notifying residents of precautionary measures to take due to inclement weather. I highly recommend this property.

The best apt I've lived in the Rockville area. Construction and sometimes inconsiderate neighbors are a problem time to time but the management takes care of thoese issues.
