Towers Realty Group is a commercial, multi-family and condominium property management and development firm with a focus on Manitoba and Saskatchewan. We are currently looking to fill immediate openings for Caretaking positions at properties throughout Winnipeg.

-Managing tenant concerns and maintenance
-Requesting work orders and supervising trades
-Building maintenance and grounds keeping
-Ensure building(s) are clean and free of debris
-Regularly walk property and inspect building(s) and common areas
-Showing available suites and possess knowledge of Towers leasing standards and procedures
-Other duties as assigned

Free Suite, salary, leasing bonuses and more in exchange for duties.

Valid driver s license and reliable vehicle are an asset.
