600 Front Apartments is a quiet community perfectly located in the heart of downtown San Diego, California. We offer GREAT apartment living at the right price. Many of the apartment homes in our beautifully designed rental community wrap around a quiet central courtyard with tropical landscaping and four unique fountains while others look out on to the city or over the swimming pool and spa. There are a total of nine fountains in the community that give a sense of peace and contentment – an escape from the city in the heart of the city. If your needs are not extensive you may prefer our studio apartment homes, or perhaps some of our smaller one bedroom homes will be more to your liking. If you have established yourself already and have lots of furniture, our larger one bedroom, or even our two bedroom homes might be just what you’re looking for!

Residents

If you are a resident of the 600 Front Apartments and:

  1. have a noise complaint outside of our office hours. please call the after hours Patrol Officer at 619-233-0830 .
  • have a non-emergency maintenance issue during or after office hours, please call the Leasing Office at 619-231-9600 .
  • have an emergency maintenance issue such as a toilet backup or a non-working refrigerator or freezer, during office hours please call the Leasing Office at 619-231-9600 .

    After hours please call the pager number 619-897-1519 and leave a message with your unit number, name, a phone number at which you can be reached, and a brief explanation of the problem.

  • have a building emergency outside of our office hours and Patrol Officer hours. please call the pager number 619-897-1519 and leave a message with your unit number, name, a phone number at which you can be reached, and a brief explanation of the problem. A building emergency is considered to be something that will cause damage to the building such as water flowing.
  • are locked out of your apartment after our office hours until 9 PM. please call the pager number 619-897-1519 and leave a message with your unit number, name, a phone number at which you can be reached, and a brief explanation of the problem. There will be a charge of $20.00 to unlock the door for you. Be prepared to show your government issued photo ID.
  • are locked out of your apartment between 9 PM and 9 AM. please call the pager number 619-897-1519 and leave a message with your unit number, name, a phone number at which you can be reached, and a brief explanation of the problem. There will be a charge of $40.00 to unlock the door for you. Be prepared to show your government issued photo ID.
