We began offering our apartment for rent in April 2013.

Rentals are normally for full weeks, with a minimum rental period of one week. The price includes cleaning and utilities.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday most of the year. In July and August we rent from Monday to Monday. This helps us with our housekeeping requirements and also enables our peak season guests to arrive and depart on a less-busy day and enjoy the wonderful Saturday morning market in the nearby town of Apt.

Our prices are in US dollars, and we accept payment by check, bank transfer, or PayPal.  We can also accept payment in euros. We offer discounts for rentals of more than two weeks.  Contact us for more information.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 25% is due within seven days.  The balance is due 60 days before the first day of your stay. If the reservation is cancelled at any time, the deposit will not be refunded.  If the reservation is cancelled after the balance is paid, the balance will be returned only if the apartment can be re-rented.

We do not ask for an additional security deposit, but instead use an honor system for reimbursement of any damages.

We do not allow pets or smoking in the apartment.
