BOSTON - BRIGHTON - We have been living here for a full year. We already have certain appliances such as a microwave, toaster, and various other kitchen appliances. The front hall has a futon and dart board. Our kitchen has a fridge and freezer. We have a gas stove with four hubs and includes an oven. Our sink has two tubs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and tub, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet. We are directly across from the Chiwick Road stop on the B line. Directly across the street from the apartment is an all you can eat sushi restaurant, a thai restaurant, a convenient store, and a laundromat. There is also another laundromat at the end of our block. We are a five minute walk from the Beacon Hill Athletic Club. We are a three minute walk from the corner of Chesnut Hill Ave and Commonwealth Ave where you can catch both the 86 bus and the Comm Ave direct bus. We use Comcast cable and internet. Our internet service is the fastest you can purchase and our cable includes a ll of the normal channels and includes the HD channels. The building owners are quick when it comes to maintenance or any other building related issues. We have not had any building issues since we have lived here. Our building has a mix of people, from college and grad students to young adult professionals. It is a very short walk from our apartment to Cleveland Circle where you have the option to eat at various restaurants, go to a CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, and take the T to grocery stores such as Trader Joes and another Shaws. Overall our area is great place to live. It is quiet, but you can always find stuff to do and places to go. It is conducive for a student's needs to do school work as well as go out and enjoy themselves.

BOSTON - BRIGHTON NO FEE - - One room for rent approximately 8 by 12 not furnished, with a closet, and is shared with 3 other roommates, ages 23 through 32 and we are gay friendly. We share a kitchen and a bath and 1/2 and a living room there is also a washer and dryer in the basement and patio and back yard, there is street parking.we split the electric and wireless internet 4 ways.
