Tennessee; and I-22, which connects with US-78 as it runs northwest to Memphis, Tennessee. The Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport is only 10 minutes from Downtown Birmingham via I-20.

When renting an apartment in Birmingham, you?ll have many lovely neighborhoods from which to choose. The wealthier neighborhoods of the Southside area, such as Forest Park and Redmont Park. feature grand old mansions and stately homes. Homewood is a shopper?s haven, close to antique stores, coffee shops and fine clothing stores. Five Points South is the home of the University of Alabama, as well as some of the city?s trendiest restaurants, entertainment venues and stores.
