About Jackson

Jackson is the capital and largest city within Mississippi. Located at the intersection of I-55 and I-20, Jackson is centrally located in the state just below the Ross Barnett Reservoir. One area you can do some shopping is along East County Line Road where you will find the North Park Mall and the Ridgewood Court center which features a large Sam’s Club. The Metrocenter Mall can be found in the middle of the community off I-220.

There are many attractions, historic sites and museums that Jackson apartment residents can visit giving you something new to explore nearly every day. The Mississippi Museum of Natural History includes an aquarium, hiking trails and indoor exhibits. The Museum of Art and the Jackson Zoo are also great places to spend a day. You may find yourself joining in the fun at some to the many annual events here such as the Celtic Festival, Crossroads Film Festival and the Art & Music Festival.
